Terms of Service
The commercial and service terms that apply to our quotations, installations and maintenance contracts.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and are based on the site conditions recorded during our survey. Changes in opening size, leaf weight, civil work or power availability may require revision.
Site readiness
Civil work, power supply and clear access at the installation point are to be provided by the client unless explicitly included in our scope.
Warranty
Supplied equipment carries the manufacturer warranty stated in your quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, water ingress, unauthorised modification or servicing by third parties.
Maintenance
Automated entrances require periodic preventive maintenance. Skipping scheduled service may affect warranty coverage and safety-device performance.
Payments
Payment terms, advance and milestone schedules are as stated in the accepted quotation or work order.
